29th Annual Golf Tournament

$125 individual – 4-person scramble teams
(all entrants must be ECOTS members.)

Now that summer is in full swing, hope your golf game is too.  The 30th Annual ECOTS Golf Tournament will take place at Penn Hills Golf Club on September 10, 2010.    Space is limited to the first 144 paid golfers this year, so get your registration and payment in early.  The entry fee covers all activities, including breakfast, golf, cart, dinner and prizes.  A cash bar will be available off-course, and beverage carts on-course. 

Entry and membership forms are available online at www.ecots.ca, as well as in this announcement. All team members must be ECOTS members and team entries and membership applications or renewals must be received and paid in full prior to the August 28th deadline. A reminder that ECOTS membership runs on a calendar year, so any membership applications or renewals received since January 1st are valid to the end of the year.  Membership is $30 per individual or $50 per couple.  Payment can be mailed to ECOTS, PO Box 38046, Dartmouth, NS, B3B 1X0.  Entry forms submitted without payment will not be confirmed until payment is received. You will receive confirmation of your entry in the tournament once your entry form and payment have been received.

Golf Tournament Schedule:    Entry fee covers all activities            

7:30 am Breakfast and practice range  Buffet breakfast and unlimited practice balls included

9:00am  Shotgun start   Please arrive at least 1/2 hour early.

2:00pm  Steak dinner    Dietary requirement accommodated upon advance notice

3:30pm    Prize presentations   

Prizes in 5 flights, Low Gross Team, Scores In 5 Flights, Longest Drive, Hole-In-One Contests, Closest to the Hole, Closest to the Line, Putting Contest

4:00pm  Departure   Please drive responsibly

We ask that golfers refrain from bringing their own alcohol to the course, as it violates the club’s liquor license.  Golfers caught bringing their own alcohol may be asked to leave the course.
